"We recently moved our policies to a different agent after a very disappointing experience. After several years with Nicole and consistently making on-time payments, when it came time to actually use our insurance coverage, this office made an already difficult situation worse. Following our house fire, we were unable to reach Nicole and had to make multiple attempts before receiving a return call. During an already traumatic situation, we were left without clear guidance on basic questions, including how and where our deductible would be paid. When we later had a total loss car accident, communication was again extremely limited, with only a text and no meaningful follow-up. We also requested to lower our deductible and went nearly a week without a response. We finally received a response to this when she learned we were transferring our policies to another office, then she ghosted us (I was expecting an apology or some sort of accountability for the unnecessary stress she has caused us over the last six months). Insurance matters most when clients are going through difficult situations. Unfortunately, we did not feel supported, prioritized, or adequately communicated with when we needed help the most."

While I cannot personally handle every call or issue, I have full confidence in my team, who strives to respond promptly and thoroughly on my behalf as well as the State Farm claims team who in most ways, acted as expected and then we (my team) stepped in where needed. And, following your fire, we had a detailed conversation lasting about 45 minutes to guide you through the process. It’s important to me that you never felt ignored, as that was never our intention. When I was informed that you were considering transferring your policies, I reached out immediately and left a voicemail but have not received a response. I took that as a sign you preferred not to continue the conversation at that time. However, I remain open and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns further if you would like. Thank you again for your feedback, and please know we are committed to supporting you."

"I’ve been a customer with this office for about 10 years and had no claims during that time. For the better part of the decade, they were reliable and easy to work with. Unfortunately, that has changed in the past few months, and the level of service has declined significantly. A few months ago, I experienced a billing discrepancy that went unresolved for so long that my policy was canceled—without proper notice. To make matters worse, the cancellation notices were sent to an incorrect address, despite the fact that they insure my home and should absolutely have the correct information on file. No one took accountability, and I was made to feel like it was somehow my fault. Most recently, I contacted them about another billing issue. I reached out on a Wednesday, followed up on Friday (was told I’d get a response that day—nothing), and followed up again on Monday—still no reply. There was no communication, no explanation of what was being done to resolve the issue, and no transparency. Eventually, I was told they couldn’t figure out the cause of the billing discrepancy and offered to cancel and rewrite the policy. That’s not a solution….that’s mismanagement. I’ve since transferred my policy to another State Farm agent. I really hope this team gets it together soon because it’s disappointing to see a once-reliable agent fall off like this."

"June is great! I loved that she engaged in talking with me about a plethora of things. She let me vent about the state of our world and the craziness that is the multi-billion dollar company that is raising my rates. State Farm is obviously hurting so much for money being they have professional football stadiums and college football stadiums with their names on them and commercials with celebrities. Totally makes sense for them to take more of my money. But for real, June really is awesome and she deserves more money and the upper management deserve less. Thanks!"
